TEXTILES COURSES
THESE COURSES MEET THE APPLIED SKILLS/FINE ARTS GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADES 10, 11 AND 12

The Textiles Program allows students to explore the various areas of clothing and textiles. Students will learn basic hand and machine sewing techniques and then will choose their own fabric to make a variety of projects which may include shirts, sweatshirts and/or pants. Some students decide to follow the passion for Textile Arts and through self directed learn explore knitting, crochet, embroidery, and quilting.
